Recipe Ingredients for zucchini and green chile casserole

371 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
135 grams Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
1 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
1 serving OlivExtra Canola Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
4 serving Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for zucchini and green chile casserole

saute garlic, red pepper flakes, chopped green chile and onions for 2 minutes. Add sliced zucchini and herbs and cook for about 5 minutes. Put all ingredients in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees F until cheese is melted and crusty on top. Serve with parmesan cheese on top.
