Zucchini Gratin Recipe

Really good on its own or as a side dish, in this case, take a smaller serving

Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Gratin

600 grams Green Zucchini
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
4 serving (No name) Sour cream 5%
2 serving (No name) Old Cheddar cheese
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tsp Becel Salt Free Margarine

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Gratin

  1. Preheat oven at 350

  2. Cut the 3 zucchini in thin slices

  3. In a pan, caramelize the onion and the garlic in the tbsp of oil, add one zucchini, cook.

  4. Grease an oven pan with the 2 tbsp of salt free margerine

  5. Do a first layer with the zucchini

  6. In the same pan, put the 2nd zucchini, with salt pepper and italian spices (as much as you like), cook

  7. Do a 2nd layer in the oven pan

  8. In the same pan, cook the 3rd zucchini with 4 tbsp of 5% sour cream.

  9. Last layer in the oven pan

  10. Add bread crumb and old cheddar cheese on the top

  11. put in the oven 15 min., than broil for 2 min. It's ready!
