1 t olive oil
1 pounds zucchini, halved crosswise, each half cut lengthwise into 4 flat slices
1 c onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/4 t Sea salt (preferably fleur de sel)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for Zucchini With Garlic And Dried Crushed Red Pepper

  1. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion 5 min, add zucchini; saut? until slices are light

  2. golden and tender, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and red pepper; stir 1 minute. Season to tastewith sea salt. Transfer zucchini to serving platter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
