Recipe Ingredients for zucchini frittata

1 large raw Zucchini
4 large Egg, White
2 large Egg, Whole
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for zucchini frittata

grate the zucchini, wrap in a paper towel and squish to let all the water out. Mix in a bowl with the eggs, egg whites and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a saucepan and let cook with medium heat. Turn over when the edges are brown. Serve warm.
