Recipe Ingredients for zucchini frittata

1 clove garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
2 lb zucchini
6 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan

Recipe Directions for zucchini frittata

  1. Saute garlic in oil. Add zucchini and saute 5-7 min. Season.

  2. Beat eggs and cheese. Pour into pan and cook for 2-3 min.

  3. Slide frittata onto a plate and then onto another plate, then slide back into pan and cook other side. Cook until golden brown - 2-3 min.
