Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Fries - Friklebery

21 11/20 oz zucchini
1 egg white
2/5 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Fries - Friklebery

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. Trim zucchini and cut in half lengthwise, then slice into 1/4 inch wide sticks resembling french fries.

  4. Beat egg white with electric mixer intil soft peaks form.

  5. Add zucchini sticks, tossing to evenly coat.

  6. In paper bag, thoroughly shake flour, cornstarch, salt, and garlic powder until combined.

  7. Drop in the zucchini sticks, 5 or so at a time, and shake gently to coat.

  8. Place all on baking sheet, spray well with cooking spray to moisten the flour, and bake about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
