Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Crust Pizza

450 g shredded zucchini
3 eggs
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
30 g grated Parmesan cheese
50 g Butterball Smoked Turkey Sausage

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Crust Pizza

  1. In a bowl, combine zucchini and eggs. Add flour and salt; stir well. Spread onto the bottom of a 12-in pizza pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Bake at 405F for 8 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F. Sprinkle with the mozzarella, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, oregano, basil and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until onion is tender and cheese is melted.
