Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini, crook-neck and onion Stir Fry

1 medium zucchini, sliced
1 medium squash, sliced
1/2 medium vidalia onion, sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Recipe Directions for Zucchini, crook-neck and onion Stir Fry

  1. Heat the olive oil in a 12" frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the zucchini, crook-neck and onion in the hot oil.

  2. Just before vegetables are ready to take up, add the dill weed.

  3. For variety, add in carrot slices, almonds or cheese.
