Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Crescent Pie

6 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium Onions
3 large Egg, White
2 serving Sweet Basil Leaves
1 tsp Oregano Leaves
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 1tsp Olive Oil
16 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 roll Crescent Rolls Reduced Fat
2 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Crescent Pie

place olive oil in pan and put on med. heat. Slice zucchini and onions, place in heated pan. Add spices, stir and cook till heated through and tender.Place in mixing bowl. Add egg whites and cheese. Mix thoroughly. Place crescent rolls in a pie pan. Press together edges to form one whole. Spread mustard on crescent roll crust. Pour in zucchini mixture. Spread evenly in pie pan. Place in 350 F. Oven for 30 mins. Let stand 5 mins for custard to firm. Slice and serve.
