A nice snack treat without the calorie worry

Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini chips

1 large zucchini
1 cup italian bread crumbs
4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 egg whites

Recipe Directions for Zucchini chips

  1. slice zucchini into 1/4 inch round slices

  2. mix bread crums and prmesan togthr in one bowl.

  3. mix egg whites in anotherbowl.

  4. coat chips in egg white

  5. individually toss chips in parmesan mixture

  6. arrange on cookie sheet in single layer

  7. bake 5 minutes on one side, flip and bake 5-10 min on 2nd side until crispy.

  8. slightly cool before eating.
