Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Chips

3 large zucchini
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Chips

  1. Slice zucchini into 1/8" thick sliced. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. Drizzle with oil and toss.

  2. Place on mesh dehydrator screens and dehydrate until crispy.

  3. Try without oil or with less oil.
