Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Chip Bread

2 egg whites
1 tbs flaxseed meal
400 g zucchini
1/3 cup No Calorie Sweetener
1/4 cup sugar
56 g semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Chip Bread

  1. Preparation:

  2. 1. Preheat the oven at 350? F.

  3. 2. Prepare a 8?4x2-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside.

  4. 3. Combine the sugar, Splenda, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and cocoa in a mixing bowl.

  5. 4. Combine the zucchini, egg white and sour cream in another mixing bowl.

  6. 5. Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients just until moistened.

  7. 6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

  8. 7. Bake for about 60 minutes.
