Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Chickpea Soup

240 grams chick peas
2 cloves garlic
29 oz vegetable broth
3 small zucchini, cubed
2 teaspoons cumin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons tahini

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Chickpea Soup

  1. Cube zucchini and boil with galic in vegetable broth until soft.

  2. Add 2 cans of chickpeas and cumin and cook for another couple minutes.

  3. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and tahini, puree with hand blender.
