2 large zucchini
2 large leek
63 g laughing cow light cheese

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Cheese soup

  1. Cut vegetables in chunks put in pan add vegetable broth cube and cover with water, bring to boil

  2. When boiling reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender, then let it cool.

  3. When cooled, add the cheese and process with blender, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
