3 cups shredded zucchini
4 large eggs
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

  2. bake at 350 for about 40 min.

  3. can be eaten hot or cold
