Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Casserole

1 egg
1 cups 2% cottage cheese
1 Zucchini, sliced thinly
1 Tomatoe, sliced thinly
1 ounce chedder cheese (grated)
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Casserole

  1. mix: egg, cottage cheese, salt and pepper

  2. Into small greased casserole dish

  3. first lay in zucchini, then a layer of cheese mixture

  4. Repeat layers as desired

  5. Last/top layer should be grated cheese.
