Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Casserole

4 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Bisquick Original
1 small Onions
2 jumbo Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Casserole

Grate zucchini (4 cups), grate onion, mix all ingredients together and place in a casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
