Recipe Ingredients for zucchini casserol

4 medium zucchini
24 grams textured vegetable protein
24 grams white wine
1/2 small onion, diced
1 T canola oil
2 cloves garlic, smashed
200 grams tomato sauce
2/3 cup swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for zucchini casserol

  1. saute onion in oil

  2. add garlic, herbs

  3. add TVP, stir and add wine

  4. add tomato sauce

  5. slice zucchini in thin slices

  6. spread one layer in casserol dish, top with tomato sauce and sprinkle 1/3 of cheese

  7. repeat zucchine, sauce and cheese

  8. bake 375 for 30 to 40 min.
