Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

3 cups zucchini, grated
3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Mix first 9 ingredients together for cake.

  2. Pour into greased 9 x 13" pan.

  3. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 F.

  4. Beat last 4 ingredients together for frosting.

  5. Let cake cool, then frost.
