Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Burgers

16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Patty
1 large raw Zucchini
1 tsp Soy Sauce
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
3/10 grams Pepper, Black
9/20 grams Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Burgers

  1. Skin the zucchini then shred it into a large bowl.

  2. Use paper towels to squeeze out the excess moisture of the zucchini.

  3. Add a pound of lean ground beef to the bowl as well as the spices, then mix together with your hands.

  4. Form the mix into six patties.

  5. Heat up a pan on medium with a little oil or non-stick cooking spray in the bottom to keep the sticking down, then drop in your patties.

  6. Allow to cook for about 3 minutes, then flip over. Cook for a few more minutes until it is cooked to your preference.

  7. Put on a bun or some whole wheat toast and call it lunch!
