1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.6 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.4 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Brownies

  1. Shred the zucchini

  2. Combine oil with sugar, then add the vanilla

  3. Add the baking powder, flour, and cocoa powder

  4. Stir in the zucchini

  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350*
