Light brownies...not too sweet. Add nuts if you desire.

Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini brownies

2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Baking Soda
3 oz Special Dark Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
4 large Eggs, Whole
1 1/2 cup Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
3 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin

Recipe Directions for Zucchini brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs and zucchini. Mix well and pour into 10 1/2 x 15 inch pan which has been greased and floured. Check in 35 to 40 minutes.
