Recipe Ingredients for zucchini brownies

1/2 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded zucchini

Recipe Directions for zucchini brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Grease 9x13 baking pan.

  3. Mix oil, sugar and vanilla with mixer.

  4. Comnie flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

  5. Add both mixes together.

  6. Fold in zucchini.

  7. Bake foe 15-20 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE or they will become cakey!
