Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Brownies

2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1/2 cup Original Classic Flavors
100 grams Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
236 grams Bananas
0.5 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1.5 teaspoon Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour an 9x13 inch baking pan.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the applesauce, mashed bananas and sugar. Add vanilla and cocoa and mix together. Then add baking soda, salt, and zucchini and mix together. Add flour and walnuts and mix together. Spread evenly into a prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes until brownies spring back when gently touched.
