Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans (2 regular or 3 small) Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before turning out of pan.

1.5 cup, chopped Pecans
1.5 cup, chopped Pecans
