Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Bread

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 large Egg, Whole
1.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
0.25 Teaspoon Baking Powder
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Pure Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Bread

Mix together oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla and eggs. Separately mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add second mixture to the first one. Pour into two (2) greased and floured loaf pans for 50 minutes at 375.
