Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Bread

3 cups flour (white)
1 tablespoon ginger (ground)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
3 cups zucchini (shredded)
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Bread

Combine dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake in a preheated 350F oven and bake for approx. 50 minutes. Use 2 cups of splenda for sweetening. If you include splenda as part of your ingredients the program will count it as sugar.
