0.5 onion Yellow Onion
9 oz Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4 oz Parmesan, Hard Cheese
8 large Egg, Whole
0.5 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Basil Frittata

  1. saute zuchinni and onion in pan

  2. mix eggs in a bowl, add parm, basil and salt.

  3. pour eggs over zuchinni and cook until consistency of softly scrambled eggs

  4. place under broiler for 5 minutes until bubbly and brown
