Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Baked Casserole

3 1/2 cups zucchini, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup onion, chopped
249 grams tomato, raw, chopped
125 grams cheddar cheese, shredded
115 grams tortilla chips, multigrain, Tostito's,broken
1 egg, large, beaten
1 teaspoon parsley, dried
1 teaspoon basil, dried
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Baked Casserole
