Recipe Ingredients for Zucchini Bake

32 oz. zucchini
1 lb. pork sausage
627 g Spaghetti
1 cup parmesian cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Zucchini Bake

Wash and cut zucchini into bite size pieces. Brown pork sausage and drain. In a large bowl, combine zucchini, sausage, spaghetti sauce and parmesian cheese. Stir and coat zucchini with sauce. Pour into greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
