2 zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 sea salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Zuccchini Chips

  1. Peel zucchini; cut into thin chips. place on a baking sheet lightly oiled. Rub coconut oil and salt on top of each chip.

  2. Bake for 30 mins.
