Recipe Ingredients for Ziti Spinach Parmesan

1 cup, chopped Onions
3 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
32 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
0.5 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
1 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
10 oz Ziti Dry
16 oz Spinach
6 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
4 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Ziti Spinach Parmesan

Saute onion and garlic in loive oil, stir in tomatoesa nd spices, boil for 18 minutes. Cook ziti al dente, while coarsely chopping spinach. Stir spinach and cheeses into pasta add tomato sauce and toss well. Place in well greesed 9 x 13 pan and briol 5 to 10 until bubbly
