Recipe Ingredients for Zippy Bean Salad

1 cup chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 medium Tomatoes
3 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
1/2 cup Parsley
2 serving, raw Cilantro
2 clove Garlic
1/8 tsp salt
3 serving Rice Vinegar
4 tsp Unico Sunflower Oil
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
1/2 cup red kidney beans
1 cup white kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Zippy Bean Salad

  1. Rinse beans, add chopped veggies and oil & vinegar. Let sit at least 20 minutes at room temp. and ENJOY!

  2. **Can use any veggies you like, just keep it zippy!
