Recipe Ingredients for Zippy Banana Bread

1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
0.67 cup (6fl oz) Coffee
2 stick Butter
3 large Egg, Whole
4 cup Gold Medal Organic Flour
1 []
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Zippy Banana Bread

  1. Mix wet ingredients EXCEPT bananas until light and fluffy.

  2. Separately, mix dry ingredients EXCEPT ground coffee - sift together.

  3. Mash ripe bananas and coffee together into a paste.

  4. Alternate adding dry and banana mash to the wet ingredients.

  5. When dough sticks together, it's ready for a 350-degree over. Takes about 40 minutes in a loaf pan, but definitely ise a pick to determine when it's done.
