Recipe Ingredients for ZESTY ROASTED VEGETABLES

16 oz button mushrooms
16 oz (2 cups) baby carrots
1 onion, peeled and cut into 1/2" wedges
1 bell pepper red, cut into 16 strips
1 bell pepper green, cut into 16 strips
1/3 cup Reduced Fat Zesty Italian dressing
1/3 cup 100% Grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for ZESTY ROASTED VEGETABLES

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Line a cookie sheet with foil; spray. Toss veggies with dressing and cheese in a large bowl. Spread into prepared pan.

  3. Bake 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes
