GREAT on the grill. You can also fix this in the oven on broil. It loses a bit of the crispness, but still has a wonderful taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Zesty Grilled Veggies

4 medium zucchini, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch thick slices
3 red bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
3 yellow bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad Dressing
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Recipe Directions for Zesty Grilled Veggies

  1. PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Grill vegetables until tender, but crisp.

  2. PLACE vegetables in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese.
