Loosely based on an old Weight Watchers soup recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Zero Point Soup

1 onion, chopped
7 cloves garlic, choped
2 bunches spinach
2 cups carrot, chopped
3 cups squash
5 cups cabbage
64 oz tomato juice
1 tsp Red Pepper
1 tsp Pepper
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Zero Point Soup

Saute onions and garlic. When translucent add seasoning and juice. Add, in this order, carrots, squash, cabbage, and spinach. After the spinach goes in cook ten minutes.
