Recipe Ingredients for Zero-fat Spaghetti Explosion

2 cups whole wheat spaghetti, cooked
1/2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1 large yellow bell pepper
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp parmesan grated cheese
1 medium scallion
1/2 cups tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Zero-fat Spaghetti Explosion

  1. Cook whole wheat spaghetti according to the package instructions

  2. Mix cottage cheese, chopped garlic, pepper and salt to taste in the bowl

  3. Slice pepper into thin slices, add chopped scallion, and put all in the microwavable bowl, add a little bit of water and steam for 3 minutes

  4. mixed cooked spaghetti with cottage cheese, add steamed pepper and scallion, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, microwave for another 2 minutes

  5. Top with the cold tomato sauce and serve
