Makes 13 servings



Use any left over sandwich meat, i use brawn is cheaper. Cheddar is ok mozzarella ok

Recipe Ingredients for zapiekanka

1/2 kg potatoes
250 g mushroom
100 g onion
2 tablespoon cream
250 g mozzarella cheese
200 g ham
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 salt
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for zapiekanka

  1. Peel potatoes and have them in thin circular shapes and boil in salty water for 3-5 minutes, then allow to dry.

  2. Fry the onion, mushroom also circular, season with salt and black pepper well.

  3. Grease pan, spread halt the potatoes at the bottom then spread the onion mushroom mix, then the brawn, rest of potatoes on top.

  4. Spread the yoghurt, grated cheese.

  5. Bake in oven till brown
