Recipe Ingredients for Zapallito

725 g butternut squash
2 Onions
1 tbs Becel Light Margarine
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Zapallito

  1. Chop squash

  2. Put to boil till soft

  3. Chop Onion and brown it

  4. Combine remaining ingredients with the squash and onions and blend with a blender.
