Recipe Ingredients for Zak's wild rice stew

1 cup wild rice
2/3 cup brown rice
1/2 lb mushrooms
1 yellow onion
1 cup beef broth
1 cup vegetable broth
1 cup water
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Zak's wild rice stew

Sautee chopped onions in butter, add flour, brown a bit, make roux with broth, add to crock pot with other ingredients, stir and leave on high for at least four hours.
