We made a turkey and had a bunch of leftovers and turkey broth = turkey chili!

Recipe Ingredients for Zach's Turkey Chili

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large yellow onion
368 grams turkey breast
30 grams dark turkey meat
6 1/4 cups diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 pound great northern beans
468 grams small red beans
3 2/5 large bell peppers
1.16 can corn
16 cups home made turkey stock

Recipe Directions for Zach's Turkey Chili

  1. Saute onion and bell peppers

  2. Add cooked turkey

  3. Add remaining ingredients in large stock pot.

  4. Simmer till you can't take it anymore and eat it!
