This is a yummy snack when you're sick of plain old pumpkin seeds. One serving is 1/8th cup of the finished product.

Recipe Ingredients for z

69 g (1/2 cup) raw pumpkin seeds
1 g (1/4 tsp) chili powder
1 g (1/4 tsp) cumin
2 g (1/2 tsp) sea salt
14 g (1 tbsp) water

Recipe Directions for z

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Combine ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet.

  4. Place cookie sheet in oven and roast for about minutes.
