:] Add milk, chopped nuts and sweetener to taste. This is also good with peanut butter.

Recipe Ingredients for z

1/3 cup oats, uncooked
7/10 cup applesauce
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for z

  1. Cook the oats, salt and flaxseed in milk or water, stirring occassionally.

  2. Comine cooked oats, apple, cinnamon and any extras in an oven-safe container.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes and enjoy.:]
