Recipe Ingredients for Yumurtali Ispinak

1 lb spinach
1 onion
1 tomato
3 tbsp corn oil
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for Yumurtali Ispinak

Wash spinach and drain. Chop onion and put in pan. Peel tomato, shred onto top of onions in pan. Add 3 tbsp of corn oil. Saute mixture until onions are golden brown. Add spinach handful by handful to cook. After spinach gets cooked, 10 minutes after, add the salt and mix. Crack the eggs on top of mixture and let it cook for two minutes. Serve while hot.
