Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Yam Casserole

5 oz Onion Red
3 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Butter
39 oz Sweetpotato
16.75 oz Squash, Winter, Butternut
4 oz Pecans
2 tbsp Corn Starch
3 tbsp Syrups, Maple
380 grams Organic Tofu, Firm
5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.4 oz Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Yummy Yam Casserole

  1. Carmalize onions and garlic in butter.

  2. Add crumbled tofu and fry.

  3. Add corn starch and mix. Cover bottom of baking dish with mixture.

  4. Cover second layer with sliced tomatoes.

  5. Cook yams and squash and mash with crushed ginger and maple syrup. Add as 3rd layer.

  6. Sprinkled crushed pecans on top.

  7. Bake at 375 until cooked through.

  8. Eat it.
