Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Turkey Meatloaf

32 oz Ground Turkey, 93% Lean
0.5 cup Ketchup
2 large Egg, Whole
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
4 clove Garlic
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, diced Celery
0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
6 teaspoon Light Brown Sugar
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.5 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 roll Deli Flats Thin Rolls
100 grams Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Directions for Yummy Turkey Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Finely chop the onion, bell pepper and celery--you can even do it in a Ninja so your kids won't know there are veggies in it!

  3. Grind deli flat bread into crumbs.

  4. Saute veggies with the basil and thyme to soften then allow to cool.

  5. Combine eggs, 1/4 cup ketchup, dijon and worcestershire sauce in bowl and whisk.

  6. Combine ground turkey, veggie mix egg mixture and bread crumbs and mix with hands.

  7. Form into 2 loaves and place into a 9 x 13 baking pan.

  8. Combine remaining ketchup, worcestershire sauce and light brown sugar and spread as a glaze over laoves.

  9. Bake for at least 1 hour--be sure to cook thoroughly since it's turkey.
