Recipe Ingredients for Yummy Tummy

45 g Pure Organic Jumbo OATS
30 g Blueberries
20 g Cherries, pitted
2 cups Water

Recipe Directions for Yummy Tummy

  1. Take a measuring Jug and pour two cups of water into it - immerse the oats, and give a quick stir before setting into the microwave for 4 minutes.

  2. Stir, Add a pinch of salt if you wish, add the blueberries and cherries and microwave for 2 minutes.

  3. Take out, add two teaspoons of sweetener (or sugar, if you prefer)

  4. Serve Piping hot.
