Very good scrambled over salad or fried with vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Yummy tofu

364 g tofu, extra firm
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
5 cloves fresh garlic
1/8 tsp dark sesame oil
1/2 tbls sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Yummy tofu

  1. Drain tofu well

  2. chop or press garlic

  3. mix everything but tofu together

  4. cut tofu into whatever size you want

  5. pour mixture over tofu

  6. mix lightly

  7. taste and adjust for seasoning

  8. prepare however you like

  9. keeps well in fridge
