My home made spaghetti bolognaise

Recipe Ingredients for yummy spag bol

800 grams of tomatoes
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon oregano
825 grams onion
400 grams minced beef
100 grams chopped mushrooms
4 medium potatoes
400 grams pasta

Recipe Directions for yummy spag bol

  1. fry the mince and onion together, then drain out all of the fat. add tomatoes, herbs and anything extra you may like, finely put in ver fine chopped mushrooms.

  2. Add boiled chopped potatoes, small lumps work best!!

  3. Serve over your pasta.

  4. Sometime I also add a bit of tomaoe puree about 2 teaspoon to the sauce!!

  5. And a little bit of low fat finely grated cheese on top!!
